Worktop Deliveries

House of Worktops – Internal 2Man Delivery Service

2Man Delivery Available for majority of UK postcodes.

From £20.00 for the first worktop + £10 each additional*

Charges capped at three worktops.

£20 surcharge per-order applies to Scotland.

* All accessories are delivered free with any ordered worktop

* If ordered individually, 10 GBP Per Order.

Two trained members of our House of Worktops® delivery team will unload the worktops into any ground floor area with clear access. We are unable to deliver to any area, besides the ground floor, they can not go up or down any stairs.

House of Worktops® Promises:

Your Worktop delivery between 7:00am and 7pm.

A 2-hour delivery timeslot by email before delivery.

On the day of delivery, a live tracking link of your delivery vehicle.

The delivery prices are for our internal 2Man delivery Service which covers most of UK postcodes. For areas within Scotland, a £20 surcharge applies. Delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout page.

The Possibility to Choose Your Delivery Date

As we have stocked all the worktops and sizes that are available at our collection, we are able to dispatch your worktop and get it to your doorstep at the day that is most convenient to you.

Weekly Delivery All over England, Wales and Most of Scotland

Thanks to our organisational efficiency we are able to process your orders quickly and get them ready to be delivered. We have created our own Internal Delivery Fleet which travels almost all over the UK delivering your worktops with confidence and excellent service. We have routes scheduled for every area of the UK which we cover on a weekly basis. Our delivery times ranges from 1-14 business days depending on your location.

2Man Delivery

Along with the product quality and customer service, the delivery service is one of the fundamental aspects of our activity. We can not get either one of the three elements wrong. Therefore, we have invested heavily into providing an optimal 2Man Delivery Service for our customers.
Our 2Man Crew can unload the worktops for you at any Ground Floor Area that you wish.

Collection

We also offer a worktop collection from our depot based in London Colney from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 am and 6 pm. Someone will be available in the warehouse to assist you load the worktop or alternatively, depending on the volume of your order and the vehicle of collection, we can offer a forklift at your service. Your worktops will be ready for collection on the same day of the order, unless our oiling or cut-to-size service has been used. In that case we would need 2 days preparation time. At the time of order, please contact our Sales Team to ask whether the worktops ordered are ready for collection.

For any special request regarding your worktop orders, please contact our Sales Team via phone or via email. We can promise you flexibility and that we will do our best to meet your needs.

We strongly encourage you to check all the worktops upon delivery for any damages before signing for them. This will greatly ease the process of worktop replacement, if that is what is requested. If the damage is not seen at the time of receipt, we need to be informed about the damaged worktop 3 days after the delivery of the worktop, in order to arrange for its return and replacement.
